AC Question

I was checking to see if anyone has multi-user with Galaxy Note 4 on Sprint with the new lollipop update? I've seen that this is a new feature but my settings do not include a "user" menu option, and the notification pull down screen does not include the user profile pic in the top right corner like other screenshots i've seen. Is sprint or samsung not supporting this?

I was wondering the same. I've been looking forward to this feature since my 5 year old likes to use my note to play games and such and I would like her to not have access to any work files I have and accidentally delete them. Does anyone know if there is a backdoor to this feature?

If it's not supported, it'd be Samsung's decision not to. I don't think I've seen multi-user in any Samsung phone so far; if any phone would have it, it'd probably be the S6, as they seem to be trying lots of new things with the S6/S6 Edge.

The only reason I got the Lollipop 5.0.1 installed on my Note 4 was this multi user feature and not having it is a big disappointment for me. In addition I also lost the quick silent mode feature which I have used by pressing power button, other UI looks OK to me so let's see what will be my experience with this update

Good news, bad news. I was able to find the Multi-user setting on Sprint Note4, but it is not operational, or at least I wasn't able to get it to work.

To find the setting use (in the Nova Launcher) the Shortcuts>>Activities>>Settings>>Users.
