Well ... that plus about half an hour. (The "100%" is based on battery voltage, not state of charge. [The only way to measure the state of chare is chemically, and the analyzer is larger than a cellphone.] With the charger connected, the voltage is a bit higher than when you unplug it, so that "100% indication is really about 99% charged. The extra half hour tops it off. Don't worry - you can't overcharge the battery - state of charge can't me accurately measured, but fully charged can, and that turns the charging off.)
Then use it until the phone tells you to charge it. Do that a total of 3 times - 3 full charges, 3 uses until the phone tells you to charge it. (It's caled conditioning the battery, and you do that with any battery that's been stored for a while - and you have no idea how long your battery's been stored.) After that try to never let it get below 40%, for longest battery life.
