How to 'add to contacts' the number of an incoming call while you are still talking to that person

This is harder than it sounds (or maybe I'm being stupid).

The number of the last call received does not enter the call log until I hang up from the call. So retrieving the number to add to contacts while still on the phone call is tricky, I would like to add the persons full name and their address into my contacts, so it is important to be able to do this while I am still speaking to them...

I hope that makes sense. I am using a Note 4. Thanks!

Usualy you would be able to hold tap or double tap the number on the call log and add as a contact. I hope I helped!

Unfortunately that only helps once you have finished the phone call. I need to be able to Save the callers number while I am still talking to them.
