Hi, I bought a Galaxy Note4 in South Korea and I want to use in U.S.
Can I use this cell phone with AT&T usim card?
Actually, I have Verizon sim card and they siad I can't use it.
If I can use my Note4 with AT&T sim card, I will change my Verizon to AT&T.

AT&T used Band C (700) almost all over, and from what I see, all models of the 4 include it, so you should be able to. Go into an AT&T company store and explain the situation. They'll set you up and call your phone (voice and text will work). Then look at the indicator and see if you're getting 4G LTE - you should be. (If the signal is weak, you might have to turn wifi off to get it.)

Whether it will accept an AT&T SIM card is another matter. If it's not SIM-locked or region-locked, it will. If it's locked, the original carrier (the one you bought it from in South Korea) has to supply the unlock code. Don't count on that, though. In the US it's required by law if the phone is paid for and there's no outstanding balance on the bill. I have no idea whether they even lock phones in SK or, if they do, if they unlock them.
