First of all I dropped it in water for less than 5 seconds and it was fine for an hour afterward and I noticed the power button was no longer locking my screen, and my volume buttons acting up. So with that being said, I tried to restart it thinking that might help. I kept it in rice for about 3 days. It charges and loads onto the bootloader screen but doesnt go any farther than that.

    <power button> to select item

    FASTBOOT

    FACTORY RESET
    SIMLOCK
    CHECK SMARTSD
    IMAGE CRC
    SHOW BARCODE

The power button seems to be working still because itll come up with the charging battery, then if i pres the power button it will load to this page. But at the same time it won't let me select any options such as factory reset.
I'm hoping its not fried, any tips?
