Lollipop installed on my moto g not ok. How can get back kit kat?

I have installed lollipop on my motoG replacing Kit kat. I have got quite a few problems now, the audio quality is bad. Many times the quality improves only after you ask the caller to redial. Apps open on their own, when I put the phone for charging it says full! Kit kat was excellent OS. I upgraded to lollipop as I was fed up with frequent prompts requesting for upgrading though my daughter withNexus has got same problems and reported tome.But I could never imagine it will be so bad. I feel lollipop is not mature OS. Google should provide option for going back to Kit Kat. Also I am surprised Google with such high reputation introduces half baked product in to the market!

Have you tried factory resetting your phone after the update? I know this is a painstaking process since it means re-setting up your phone (and remember to back your files up before you do the reset!), but it usually helps a lot with these rogue issues.
