galaxy tab s connects to wifi but not internet.

Time/date are set correct. Factory reset will help connectivity to internet for a short time then it is lost. Any suggestions to fix connectivity?help would be appreciated.

Have you reset the router? If not, unplug it for a minute or two then plug it back in to the power source. Try reconnecting and see if that helps.
