I have changed my country from India to USA, how can I download US apps?

I have changed my country from India to USA.

I have changed my payment details also but i am still not able to download some applications which are available only in the US.
Please help me with this urgently

Welcome to Android Central! Are you physically in the US? If so, are you using a phone purchased in India? It may be a limitation of the specific ROM installed on the phone.

And if you're physically in India, your IP address (which you can't change) indicates that you're not in the U.S.
