AC Question
This is more of a Apple question/fix, though Android users are the ones who suffer. Whenever an iPhone user from a different provider (usu. AT&T) sends a long text message, only the first part (~160 characters) is received on my Verizon Android and the rest is cut off. From anyone not using an iPhone (& with a different provider), long texts are broken up into multiple texts and the full message is received.
From my recollection, iPhones are set to MMS/iMessages by default, instead of a true text message (SMS), which is the root of the problem. Sound right?
Does anyone know of step-by-step instructions to correct the iPhone problem? I found it once, but can't seem to locate it again. Thanks!
