can I play same video on 2 separate tvs?

I have 2 tv's in adjacent rooms both with a chromecast dongle.
Is it possible to stream the same screen from my laptop to both tvs at the same time?

Nope. Once the connection has been established with one Chromecast, the other one will not be able to connect unless you terminate the connection with the other one.
