My memory card unmounted/my phone keeps saying memory card removed, what should I do?

memory card unmounted/my phone keeps saying memory card removed.

When i put my mem. Card on my phone it always say that " memory card removed" Whenever i open images my phone say "memory card unmounted" what does that mean?! I mean what i want is just to get my datas from the mem. Card. What should i do? If any possible solutions i don't want to install apps to my laptop. Please helpu :3

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? What brand is the microSD card, and did you buy it from a well-known store, or from a random seller on eBay?

SD cards can fail or become corrupt, so the phone might not be able to recognize it any more. This is more common with lesser brands (or no-name brands). Cards can also be counterfeit, which is more likely if you bought it from some random seller.
