If it turns on at all, even for a moment, leave it plugged in, turned off, until it indicates a full charge, then half an hour more. Then read The Care and Feeding of Lithium Polymer Batteries and condition the battery. If even 24 hours of charging doesn't give you a flicker, you need a new battery. Upvote 0 Downvote
