Welcome to Android Central! In the future, I would suggest a more descriptive post title. People will be less likely to answer if your title doesn't mean anything.

Go to your App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

You can also try going to Settings>Accounts​, removing your Google account, then adding it back.
