    I finally got a phone that i love it a nice size and durable but the memory is to small is there a way i can either root it or somehow get the apps to download onto the sd card without rooting it?

    Welcome to Android Central! I could find no successful root exploit after a quick Google search. If the device doesn't natively allow you to move apps to SD (which only moves a portion of the app anyway), then you're stuck.

    Someone surely has been able to root this phone by now. Its a 2014 phone . Can Tracfone and Google lock a phone down this tight?

    No, any Android phone can be rooted, you just have to find a method of temporarily rooting it. Check the Alcatel section of XDA Forums

    Thanks, but already been there done that. Only found one complicated thread on it. Some said it didn't work. Waiting for an easy one click method if ever that will happen.
