    I can't scroll down to get to the button to turn off. I don't want to set it back to factory, help

    Do you mean that your phone doesn't let you scroll the settings down?

    There's a workaround though. Go to settings and tap on the search icon top right. Search for "accessibility", tap on it and Talkback should be the first option. Switch it off.
