why my xolo q3000 switching off automatically but not starting without charger

I have purchased online 1.5 year ago. It was working absolutely normal. But despite of showing sufficient battery charge it shut down suddenly and when trying to start again not boot properly and after taking battery out and again inserting then starts. Similarly if connected with charger then again boot. What will be the probable fault. Either software..or hardware. Some says its the battery fault. Some says some virus attack... Please help

Welcome to Android Central! The first place to start is a new or different battery, assuming you can replace it easily. This kind of behavior can happen with a failing battery. I doubt that it's a virus.
