Phonemypc has been down for two days anyone else having network error problem

I have the app on two devices and have had network errors for two days. Tried reinstall but no joy does anyone know if it is down as there are not replying to my emails have

it is down for me to. I cannot find any other information about this outage, which is a bummer, as this app is integral to my businesses' day to day operations. any information would be appreciated!

Same problem here, looking at the PC client it just says 'connecting'
