My Samsung E7 back key light is not working. How can I get this working?

samsung e7 back key light not working

I just bought this new phone, my back key light does not work while the other one is working fine, I checked with settings, only other key stays white when I always turn on the light, what might be the problem ?

It might be hardware related, if you just got that phone return it and get one that works.
