how can i retrieve data from my galaxy note 3 ?

AC Question

Yesterday i came back from school with no charge left. I charged my Galaxy Note 3 and left it for about 30-45 mins. I turned it back on and when i opened it i could'nt find any videos, photos , music except the ones saved on my SD Card And i couldn't find any apps at alla except the ones built in.
i went to application manager and it showed that i have used 25gb of my device storage.
so i went to My Files and there weren't any files at all.

IS there a way to bring all of my apps and gallery back ?

Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

This is for better minds than mine but I will start you off as I have one. I hope you haven't lost them, but I don't know what would cause that.

Look at My Files.
Storage, and Storage - Used Space.

Dial *#9900# and delete dumpstate files (safe to do, regardless).

Set the Lock Screen setting to Swipe or None and try to find the DCIM (images) folder for starters via usb on Windows Explorer or Mac. You may need to download drivers so install Samsung Kies if you don't already have it.
