I keep getting authentication error and the reconnect screen.
Forget the connection, then connect again.
If that doesn't work, connect to the router with another device (PC, tablet, other phone) and see what the Wifi (or WLAN) encryption is. If it's TKIP or TKIP+AES, change it to AES. (Then turn the router off for about a minute, then turn it on again - you'll have to reconnect any other devices that were connected to it.) Then forget the connection and try.
If that doesn't work, call BT for tech support.
