how to send apps to external sd card

I have 3 rooted tablet and cannot get anyone of them to send apps to sd card. I have downloaded app2sd and move 2sd and they don't work. All of them are kitkat 4.4.2. I have a neutab 9" and neutab i7 7" also a irulu 10.1 inch. I hope someone can help. I also have a nextbook 716gb that only have 1gb usable. Do anyone know of a fix for this problem. I keep getting the insufficent storage message.

Try using force2sd in the play store.
