    She is locked out and we have tried to guess the password repeatedly over 100 times and still lock getting a reset option for password...

    Is this "user id" and "password" her Gmail credentials? If so have her go on another computer/tablet/phone, something with a browser and have her reset it in Gmail. If its a pattern lock, it doesn't look like there is a solution without factory resetting the Zeepad and unfortunately she will lose anything saved to the memory on it.

    You could also try using Android Device Manager to remotely reset the PIN: https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/3388218?hl=en
