how to connect a TV to a 3.5 mm stereo

Hey guys! So right now, I don't really have a thread about android but I figured that its for my chrome cast so this is appropriate.

I need a way to get my TV connected to my stereo. My amplifier only has a 3.5mm input jack so I need a way to do that. Any suggestions?

And I thought about getting an HDMI audio extractor for the chromecast, but I want everything on my TV to be connected to my speakers.
