Can I get some help downloading the Siproid app?

RAPTOR007 helped me find an answer to my wifi question. I found the article and folloed the steps but im stuck on downloading the Siproid app. to my phone . its asking me for my phone # i think then it ask for "called party address" that is where im stuck. Ken
