Hello all. I have an unlocked samsung galaxy note 4 SM-N910H and I switched from prepaid AT&T to prepaid Cricket Wireless due to plan convenience. I was confident the signal, performance, etc. would be the same as AT&T owns Cricket and they work on same network. With AT&T my phone signal was strong in every corner of my house. Now with Cricket Wireless the best I can get is 2/4 bars and 0/4 bars in a lot of places inside my house.

How can this be possible with Cricket working on AT&T's network

It may not be using the same towers. Go to your AT&T store and see if anyone there can help you. If not, ask where the nearest DSC (Device Support Center) is and see if they can help you, or if they have a phone number you can call to get answers.
