Can't download update Samsung galaxy s4

I have a Samsung galaxy s4 model SPH-L720T Android version 4.4.2

I can't download the update supposedly I don't have enough space it's 109 mb but I have 8gb free

Is it because I don't have data or service on my phone ?

I had rooted my phone but unrooted it I never messed with the rom's or ram at all or kernel version or messed with settings

Now I'm stuck asking for help

This is an OTA software update? When you say you don't have data or service, do you mean that you have a mobile data plan, but that you have no credit? Or do you mean that you are trying to download over WiFi?

Well I have no service meening it's like an ipod and yes over wifi

I'm getting my plan back in about a week for service

And system update
