Why don't my ffc work?

I go to take a pic and when I swap to ffc it keeps showing rfc.

Do you have a third-party app on board that may be interfering with normal camera function? You can test that by using Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all such apps. If the problem is fixed, you'll then have to identify the app and uninstall it.
