Anyone having calling or notification display issues after installing the 5.1 update on Nexus 6?

I've updated my Nexus 6 to lollipop 5.1 two days again and have noticed that the ambient display for notifications no longer works and even worse, when making calls, my screen goes completely black with no access to the dialer features. My screen returns when a call has ended.

Has anyone else had the problem?

You are probably going to have to do a factory data reset. It would seem that all the updates rolling out for Lollipop is causing a lot of issues with a lot of phones. Most issues are resolved after the user does a factory reset of their device. I can't even count how many people I have talk to that are having issues with their update.
