locked out of private mode HELP

I'm locked out of private mode on my Samsung Galaxy s5 sprint LTE. im not sure how it was set to a pin code even ¿.. this is all I see, it gives no other alternative. Type it Ewing wrong so many times says come back in 29 seconds

Have you tried using the Google account pin? Maybe you accidentally assigned the same password. If that doesn't work then I'd suggest contacting Samsung to see what you can do to reset it.
