I have a relatively new Galaxy Note 4 through AT&T, and whenever I make or receive a call, the person on the other end cannot hear me speak unless I turn on the speaker phone. It's annoying, because I can never have a private conversation. I've tried factory resetting the phone, cleaning the microphone with compressed air and rubbing alcohol/q tips, and still nothing. My local AT&T told me to call warranty services and have the phone replaced because it sounds like a broken microphone, but I don't have time to be without a phone until my new one gets here. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried wired or Bluetooth headsets? If those work as well, it further supports the theory of a broken phone mic. You could just rely on a headset for now. If AT&T won't give you a replacement phone, then you'll have to deal with Samsung for warranty repair. If you have to send the phone in, look into getting a cheap temporary phone (perhaps a used one).
