how come my hotspot subscription app keeps saying error and does it work

my droid ultra verizon phone external memory is full and my hotspot does not work I turn the switch on it says waiting for subscription then it will say error and wont come on or work I was wondering why is that happening what is the technical difficulty for that how do I fix it I rebooted my phone a bunch of times and that does not work

Do you have a tethering account? If not, it's waiting for something it's never going to get. Verizon doesn't allow you to tether unless you pay extra. (In some markets you get what you're getting, in some it connects but doesn't work and in some they haven't started preventing it yet.)

If your SD card is full, I'd suggest saving some of the things you don't need every day to your computer and deleting them from the card, so you have some free space, or get a larger card. If you find something that you want to download or make a video of and you have no free space, it's too late to do anything about it then.
