how do i unlock the encryption on my note4 i just want to be able to swipe.

When I go to security on my phone I don't have the option to just be able to not have to unlock my phone it says that option to just not have security on my phone was disabled my adminstaration

Did you add any corporate e-mail accounts to it? Sometimes these accounts 'take over' the security of your phone and require a secure lockscreen in order for you to use them (and yes, they DO prompt you to accept that and notify you about it when you set the account up).

You can also check which 'Administrator' app might be causing it by going into Settings, General, Security, Device Administrators. If the above case is true, you should see E-Mail there with a check mark there. If you remove the check mark, the enforcement is removed BUT most of the time, this will also prompt you to remove the account from your phone as you can't use it without security.
