I don't want any mor notifications from x push adds on my phone iratating

Welcome to Android Central! Who is sending you the ads? Are they only in the notification bar? You probably unwittingly installed some adware along with some other app (probably a game). Try installing an app like Lookout's Ad-Network Scanner & Detector.
