Can the bluetooth pairing ( passkey )request be removed from Samsung S3 tablet?

I would like to use a bluetooth based OBD2 diagnostic program on my 8 inch T310 Samsung tablet. the tablet does not appear to have an "engineer" access area or, any shown method of how to turn off a passkey request when pairing for bluetooth devices.

I am not sure you can, it is more a security feature for the OS.
