I have the lg g2 d802 and last night I was trying to uninstall my current rom (Cloudy G3), due to the fact that the g2 now apparently has Lollipop and I've been waiting a long time for it. I'm completely useless with customs roms and recovery's, so in the end I ended up accidentally deleting everything. Now when I turn on my phone I see the LG logo for around 5 seconds then the screen just goes black, it's still on but nothing is being displayed. I also can't access download mode or factory reset mode and my pc doesn't recognise my phone, besides spamming me with "you need to format the disk" which I can't because it's protected.....Sorry for my rookie post since this is the first time using the forums but I thought I'd ask for some help. But I realize that my phone is most likely done forever....

    Thanks in advance

You were trying to flash Lollipop custom ROM?

You should try flashing the stock D802 firmware using LG flkash tool.

    Here's a guide from XDA:

I've tried this but it unfortunately does not work because I can't access download mode and the phone is not recognized
