AC Question

Hey all,

so I got this Samsung Galaxy S5, brand new out of sealed box, popped in my SIM card and the battery and tried turning it on. Nothing.

Screen works as when I plug it in, I get the charging icon/how full the battery is (it is now 100%), but holding the power button does nothing.

What I've tried so far:

removing the battery
holding the power button
holding the volume up/home/power buttons together (also tried with volume down)
turning it on while plugged in
turning it on while not plugged in

Nothing works, still can't turn it on. Any ideas?

Thanks!

It's brand new. Taking the time to make the post was wasting too much time on it. Take it back and get it replaced. (I give a new phone that's not working right a maximum of 5 minutes before it goes back. If pressing the button that's supposed to do what's supposed to happen doesn't do it, that's it - the clock ran out.)
