S3 mini reset problem

I have an S3 mini and it recently developed the habit of randomly restarting;

It brings up the device options menu then resets I can exit the menu when it pops up but it still resets.

I am hoping someone can help me.

You can try clearing the partition cache on the phone to see if that fixes it. Below is how to do it on the S3 but should work for your phone as well.
