I saw that the micsellanous files were taking a lot of space on my phone. I thought they weren't that important so I deleted them. After that, I couldn't recieve messages, calls or even call or send a message. What should I do ? How can I get them back ?

Are you rooted? If not, deleting those miscellaneous files shouldn't really have that effect. If you restart your phone, does it do the same?

In any case, doing a factory reset should restore your phone to 'normal', but that means losing any non-backed-up files and having to re-install your apps, etc.
