Why wont my phone start up properly?

[AC Question]

My Vodafone Smart II keeps replaying the start-up screen whenever I turn it on, and does the same thing when I restart it. Anybody able to help me?

Try taking the battery out for a few minutes and then put it back in and try to boot up.
