my s3 mini won't turn on

i am using facebook and it froze so i removed the battery. when i turn it back, it does not open. when i connect it to a charger, nothing happens. how can i fix this and open my phone? i also tried to use the home volume and power button and press it but nothing happens.

A new battery may be called for. Have your existing one tested.
