Why can't I update my tablet?

AC Question

I have an Acer Iconia Tab A200. I haven't updated the system in a while. When I go to check for an update, it tells me "[n]etwork coverage is currently poor. Please move to a location with better coverage to continue." However, I have full bars with a LOT of wifi speed. How do i fix this problem?
