My phone won't turn on?

[AC Question]

I got some water into my phone while I went to swim in the afternoon,but I didn't drop it into the pool.It was working fine and so when I went home I put it to charge.But I won't and the battery was 1% then down to 0% I left it alone and have a nap and when I woke at at night it's not turning on anymore,what should I do? D:
