RCA Tablet play store not conection fix

[AC Question]

Hi a had a problem my play store stop working did not want open I couldn't answer to I read online do a factory reset. I held power and sound up that waited 30 seconds hit sound up screen came of a choice I wrote my apps down not need to, the RCA Tablet formatted back to default ask for English set time date did what screen says click on Google play store sign in with my name password open my apps went to all. That saw ones I installed before just choose ones you wanted in your history reinstalled them, the play store worked fine.
