Google play store not working

[AC Question]

MY ALCATEL ONE TOUCH SAYS ''THIS APP WON'T RUN WITHOUT GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES WHICH ARE MISSING FROM YOUR PHONE''. SO HOW DO I FIX IT I tried to re-install it. To be honest i wish i could re-download it, but i dont know how. What can i do?. Is there a site where i can download it?

Welcome to Android Central! Did your phone come with Google Play Store preinstalled? If not, then it probably isn't certified for Google Play, and therefore might not be compatible.

Go to the Google Play Services page on Google Play Store on your computer browser: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...d=com.google.android.gms&hl=en&token=lZ9s96Kn. Click on the Installed button, and see if that phone shows up as being eligible for installation.
