Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, most of those Android TV boxes are generic devices direct from China, with poor quality control and an increased risk for hardware or firmware defects. They also have little or no support. So you're probably out of luck. Sorry! You could try contacting the manufacturer or the store where you bought it, and see if it's covered by any kind of warranty.
