[AC Question]

I haven't read anyone having any issues with charging, and everyone says the battery charges really fast. But my S6 has been charging from 0% for 2 hours and is only at 40%! I am using the fast charger that came with the phone, the phone is on and the screen is turned off. My Galaxy S4 was at about the same battery level, and I started charging it shortly after the S6 and it reached 100% in only an hour or so using some random old Samsung charger. Is anyone else having slow charging issues?

Someone else commented they had their plug in the wall outlet wrong and another mentioned he didn't have his USB cable fully plugged in. I would recheck you plugs position. It should charge very rapidly. You could also have a problem device that warrants replacement.
