How to flash TWRP backup using sdk if the ADB mode is not working

My phone is a rooted one(Micromax Canvas Turbo- A250) and I was trying to install a custom ROM(Samsung S5) which automatically restarted my phone and stuck at the restart logo of Samsung. Now I am unable to access the RECOVERY mode through which I would again flash the TWRP backup that I have saved in the phone sd card.
How can I get the phone back working.

Flash the stock ROM. (Why did you flash a Samsung ROM to a phone that's not a Samsung? It won't work. If it's an S5 port for a Micromax, contact the developer who ported it.)
