LG Optimus Net Cell Phone - Charging Problem

[AC Question]

I have a LG Optimus Net cell phone that I bought through Net10 about 3 years ago. Last night it started doing something weird. The battery will show red and say that I need to charge my cell phone. When I attach a charger it will show that my phone still has about 85% or so charge left ! Also I have been getting a "low on storage" error. This I have had before but this time I cannot get it to go away. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Try Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and clear the cache.
