Verizon Galaxy S4 4.4.2 KitKat to 5.0 Lollipop

Is there any way I can upgrade to (unofficial) or (official) lollipop on my gs4? I haven't seen anything on Google but there's a possibility that it's out there. Any help?

If Samsung hasn't released a ROM, there is nothing that can be done, aside from rooting/and flashing an AOSP ROM, which won't look like stock, and you will lose Samsung specific features.
