Galaxy S6 - Possible to Skip Verizon's Activation Process?
Hi folks,
I'd like to know if it's possible to use a Verizon-locked Galaxy S6 without actually activating it on their network (e.g. using it without service, without a SIM card, and as a Wi-Fi only device). I ask because I know that in the past, Verizon's activation process has prevented this from being possible. Should I expect this to be an issue, and if so, is there a way to "blow past" the activation process? Or, has this little inconvenience been eliminated?
I should note that I already own a Galaxy S6 and use it on Verizon's network. I would simply like to pick up another and use it as a standalone Wi-Fi device.
Thanks!

It should work. Verizon phones are unlocked so -- it isn't fully locked to Verizon.
